Description
The primary aim of the Care2bWell study is to evaluate a 6-month multi-level, child care-based, worksite wellness intervention designed to improve workers’ physical activity (PA) and health behaviors. The study is a cluster-randomized controlled design and includes 104 child care centers and 416 child care workers. The primary outcome is workers’ minutes of moderate to vigorous PA. Secondary outcomes include workers’ eating habits, weight, smoking habits, emotional health, and sleep, as well as worksite support for staff wellness.
