We know that potential participants may be concerned about risk of COVID-19 exposure. Below are precautions we are taking to keep our team and participants safe.

  • We suggest participants symptoms and stay home if they feel unwell or have a fever. You could include a brief symptom checklist prior to arrival.
  • Hand sanitizer will be at the entrance and in common areas. Encourage everyone to sanitize hands upon arrival and as needed.
  • Masks are optional but available. Some participants might feel more comfortable wearing a mask, so have disposable masks ready for anyone who wants one.
  • Seating to allow for some physical distance
  • We will wipe down high-touch surfaces (like tables, chairs, and doorknobs) before and after the session with a disinfectant.

With these measures, we think risk is minimal, certainly less than going to other public spaces That being said, you will need to decide if you are comfortable taking part in this type of project in these times of COVID-19. We recognize that immunocompromised participants may have additional concerns. While our options for specialized accommodations are limited, we’re committed to a safe environment for all. If you have specific needs, please let us know, and we will do our best to work with you.
