Gabby is the Evaluation and Planning Coordinator at FFORC. She works primarily on the evaluation of interventions on the SNAP-Ed Toolkit and the upkeep of its website, and also oversees some of FFORC’s community engagement projects. She recently graduated from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health’s MPH-RD program in 2022. She completed her BS in Global and Public Health Sciences with a concentration in dietetics at Cornell University. She has a background in nutrition education program development and implementation, sports nutrition, working with food banks to address food system inequities, and developing online trainings for public health professionals to build organizational capacity. Gabby enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants and cuisines, and playing and watching sports.
