Jane Ball-Groom

Jane Ball-Groom has had 40 years of multi-varied experience in rural community development projects and initiatives. She is the founder and director of Pier View Community Innovations, a non-profit organization geared toward individual and family empowerment through workforce-career readiness skills training, best life health and active living practices, and cultural enrichment programs. Jane’s core strengths are embedded in her passion to help others realize their potential and possibilities and include organizing, leadership, and engagement.
